A network of modern fitness clubs in Barcelona is announcing a competition for the position of Virtual Reception Coordinator (Remote Administrator). We strive to make interaction with our clients as fast and comfortable as possible, so we are looking for an attentive and communicative specialist to take over online support for visitors, manage the training schedule, and provide consultations regarding club memberships via phone and messengers. The position involves a remote work format from any location.
Daily Tasks of the Online Coordinator:
✓ Processing incoming requests from current and new fitness club clients in chats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) and by phone.
✓ Booking clients for personal and group training sessions, coordinating the work schedules of the coaching staff.
✓ Providing detailed consultations on the cost of memberships, the schedule of sports sections, current promotions, and special offers.
✓ Conducting remote sales of club memberships, issuing invoices for payment, and monitoring the receipt of funds through the payment service.
✓ Working with the client base in the fitness club's CRM system: registering new users, processing payments, and sending reminders about card renewals.
Our Expectations from the Candidate:
✓ At least 1 year of experience as a reception administrator, service sales manager, or chat operator.
✓ Pleasant voice, clear diction, high literacy in spoken and written English (Spanish is a strong plus).
✓ Knowledge of basic office programs and experience working with client databases (CRM).
✓ A sporty lifestyle, understanding of basic terms in the fitness and healthy living industry.
✓ Organizational skills, ability to find common ground with different types of clients, and a results-oriented approach.
