A modern aparthotel in Lisbon invites a Remote Front Desk Agent (Virtual Receptionist) to join our team in a remote format. Our hotel operates according to modern contactless check-in standards using smart lock systems, so the administrator's work is entirely moved to the online space. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and polite person who will ensure high-quality service for our guests from the moment of booking until check-out.

Duties of the Remote Hotel Administrator:
A. Processing and confirming room reservations from international systems (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) and from the hotel's own website.
B. Remote support for guests during check-in and check-out (generating access codes for smart locks, sending instructions).
C. Receiving and routing incoming calls from guests, providing information services regarding accommodation, hotel rules, and additional services.
D. Promptly resolving current guest requests by phone and in messengers (ordering additional cleaning, transfers).
E. Coordinating the work of housekeepers and technical staff at the hotel in Lisbon, monitoring the quality and timing of room preparation.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
A. At least 1 year of experience as a hotel administrator, booking service operator, or customer service manager.
B. Fluent English (B2 level and above) for conducting negotiations and written communication with foreign guests.
C. Confident PC user, experience with hotel software (PMS) and Channel Manager will be a significant advantage.
D. Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese, high skills in telephone etiquette and conflict resolution.
E. Availability of a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a headset for comfortable work.
