A food manufacturing company in Stockholm invites an ambitious Marketing Director Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a young specialist to start a career in marketing, advertising, and PR under the guidance of an experienced mentor. We are looking for an active, creative, and structured person who will not only perform current administrative tasks but also actively participate in the development and launch of the company's advertising campaigns. The position requires full-time work at the company's office.
Key Tasks of the Assistant:
- Collecting marketing information, preparing primary analytical reports on competitor activity and market trends.
- Coordinating and maintaining constant communication with advertising agencies, designers, copywriters, and printing houses.
- Controlling the payment process for contractors' invoices for advertising services, preparing acts of completed work for the accounting department.
- Assisting in the organization and holding of promotional events, exhibitions, tastings, and corporate events of the company.
- Participating in the preparation of presentation and advertising materials (catalogs, booklets, content for social networks).
- Ordering and accounting of souvenir and branded company products.
Our Portrait of the Ideal Candidate:
- Higher or incomplete higher education in marketing, advertising, PR, or management.
- Understanding of basic marketing tools, knowledge of the main trends in digital communications and SMM.
- Confident PC user, good skills in the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint for creating beautiful presentations).
- Creative thinking, initiative, fluent spoken and written English and Swedish.
- High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team.
Working Conditions and Offer:
- Annual salary of 420,000 SEK with the possibility of review based on performance.
- Work in a comfortable office in Stockholm with modern computer equipment.
- Convenient work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday are days off).
