Seeking a remote role as a Records Management Assistant, Archival Assistant, or Specialist in digitizing and systematizing paper archives. I have significant experience handling large volumes of primary documents, digitizing physical media, and managing modern electronic document flows. I treat every detail with utmost care and strictly adhere to confidentiality and information security regulations.

Practical Skills & Responsibilities:
- Systematization, indexing, and preparation of paper documents for scanning and long-term storage.
- Digitizing primary documents, recognizing text using specialized software, verifying, and editing errors.
- Organizing logical cloud document storage and maintaining electronic registries for quick information retrieval.
- Monitoring the integrity and completeness of files, drafting internal inventories according to current records management standards.
- Working with electronic archives of contracts, core business directives, and HR documents.

Professional Software Proficiency:
- Experienced with scanning and OCR programs (ABBYY FineReader, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
- Confident user of the MS Office suite (Word — professional layout design, Excel — pivot tables, Outlook).
- Practical experience with cloud data storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Understanding of the basic principles of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and confidential data protection.
