Seeking a remote position as a Document Control Clerk, Office Assistant, or Data Entry Operator. I bring a solid track record of managing general office administration, digitizing primary documentation, working with postal registries, and coordinating courier deliveries. I treat confidential information with the utmost responsibility, maintaining a neat, punctual, and results-oriented approach to teamwork.

Core Functions & Experience:
✦ Maintaining the electronic registry of incoming and outgoing documentation, sorting and indexing uploaded files;
✦ Preparing and properly formatting drafts of directives, certificates, and official responses to contractor inquiries;
✦ Digitizing company paper archives, recognizing scanned texts via OCR, and uploading them to the cloud database;
✦ Coordinating the sending and receiving of documents via postal services and courier companies (tracking registries, monitoring delivery);
✦ Verifying the accuracy of details in contracts and certificates of completion prior to archiving.

Professional Competencies & Software:
✦ Confident proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word — fast typing and formatting skills; Excel — working with registries);
✦ Experience with electronic document management systems and cloud data storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint);
