I have two years of successful practical experience in administering office processes. I deeply understand the principles of ensuring smooth office operations, can qualitatively organize visitor reception, and manage business correspondence. Official Duties & Work Experience:
✔ Organizing meetings, negotiations, and working sessions for the executive, managing the event calendar;
✔ Ensuring office life support: purchasing stationery, drinking water, household goods, and monitoring cleaning services;
✔ Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, registering documents, and interacting with courier delivery services;
✔ Welcoming and receiving official company visitors (preparing tea/coffee, creating a friendly atmosphere);
✔ Preparing drafts of orders, reports, letters, and other internal administrative documents as directed by the director.
Software Knowledge & Skills:
✔ Confident PC user, excellent skills in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment;
✔ Ability to work with cloud services (Google Sheets, Google Docs) and corporate messengers;
✔ Fluent spoken and written English, understanding of basic business correspondence rules and phone etiquette.
