Seeking a remote position as an Office Manager or HR Assistant (HR Assistant). I have successful experience managing general administrative processes of the company, coordinating internal communications, as well as primary sourcing and recruiting. I am communicative, active, focused on building friendly relationships within the team, and ready to help the company find the best specialists in the market.

Experience in Office Administration & HR:
✓ Full administration of a remote office: ordering consumables, corporate merch, and gifts for the team;
✓ Posting new open company vacancies on leading job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor);
✓ Primary screening of candidate resumes for compliance with vacancy requirements, conducting introductory phone interviews;
✓ Coordinating and organizing online meetings between candidates and recruiters or department heads via Zoom;
✓ Assisting in the development and implementation of adaptation programs for new company employees (onboarding).

Recruiting Skills & Work Programs:
✓ Experience with ATS systems (Workday, BambooHR, Greenhouse) and client databases;
✓ Confident user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides);
✓ Fluent written and spoken English, adherence to ethical standards of business and interpersonal communication.

Personal Qualities & Candidate Preferences:
✓ Considering a remote (work-from-home) format with full-time employment;
✓ Expected salary: starting from €46,000 EUR per year;
✓ Responsible, proactive, quickly absorb new knowledge, and able to work effectively without constant supervision.
