Work Experience & Key Tasks:
▲ Remote handling of incoming phone calls, routing client requests to the company's specialized professionals;
▲ Managing the company's incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating interaction with courier services;
▲ Organizing and planning online meetings, director's meetings, and maintaining the corporate event calendar;
▲ Ordering stationery, consumables, and equipment to ensure the team's life support;
▲ Preparing reports on the execution of management assignments and managing primary documents.

Skills & Professional Software Proficiency:
▲ Confident user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools;
▲ Skills in working with corporate messengers and task managers (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Trello);
▲ Impeccable knowledge of business English (written and spoken), basic German language skills.

Employment Conditions & Qualities:
▲ Expected salary level is starting from €48,000 EUR per year;
