Opis

An established defense electronics manufacturer in Munich is seeking an RF Manufacturing Process Engineer to scale our Electronic Warfare (EW) production lines. We build mission-critical jamming and signal intelligence hardware, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between R&D prototypes and high-volume, reliable series production.

Your core mandate:
a) Developing, validating, and continuously refining the manufacturing processes for assembling, soldering, and testing complex RF/EW modules.
b) Writing detailed, step-by-step work instructions and process travelers for the assembly floor technicians.
c) Designing and optimizing the production layout, selecting specialized soldering equipment, and procuring automated test rigs.
d) Enforcing strict manufacturing discipline and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
e) Implementing advanced conformal coating and potting techniques to ensure our hardware survives extreme moisture, dust, and vibration in the field.

What you need to succeed:
a) At least 3 years of experience as a manufacturing or process engineer in a high-reliability electronics or RF environment.
a) Deep expertise in SMT and THT assembly technologies, solder metallurgy, and IPC-A-610 standards.
a) Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for preparing assembly tooling and stencils.
a) A solid grasp of quality management systems and statistical process control (SPC).
a) A degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

We offer a gross annual salary of €75,000, plus German corporate benefits including a company pension scheme and flexible working hours. This is a full-time, on-site role at our state-of-the-art cleanroom and assembly facility in Munich.
