Opis

Training soldiers and contractors to survive and win in modern combat environments requires more than just range time; it requires stress inoculation and real-world tactical intuition. I am a combat veteran and certified instructor dedicated to bridging the gap between classroom theory and the dirt, smoke, and chaos of the battlefield.

1. Conducting intensive practical exercises in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), including room clearing, hallway transitions, and dynamic entry techniques under low-light conditions.
2. Teaching Small Unit Tactics (SUT) for 2-man and 4-man fire teams, focusing on bounding overwatch, react-to-contact drills, and ambush break-contact procedures.
3. Integrating Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) into tactical scenarios, ensuring students can apply tourniquets and pack wounds while maintaining weapons readiness.
4. Running force-on-force (FOF) simulation lanes using SIMUNITION or UTM marking cartridges to force split-second decision-making.

From 2019 to 2021, I served as an instructor for a military training battalion, where I personally guided over 450 recruits through Basic Combat Training. Since late 2022, I have been developing and teaching advanced urban warfare and mine-awareness courses for a private defense contractor. I also developed an expedited methodology for stress-induced magazine changes, improving squad average speeds by 25%.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports, alongside active instructor certifications in tactical instruction and TCCC CLS. I am looking for a full-time role at a premier training facility in Fayetteville, NC, targeting $68,000 USD plus range-day bonuses.
