We are expanding our programs team and seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to drive our grassroots initiatives from conception to completion.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Plan and manage project lifecycles, including milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local communities, government stakeholders, and international allies.
• Draft comprehensive narrative and financial reports for institutional donors (e.g., USAID, EU, UNDP).
• Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder roundtables, workshops, and public advocacy campaigns.
🎓 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the non-profit, social, or environmental sectors.
• Strong expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and donor compliance.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-cultural communication skills.
