📦 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Coordinate the intake, sorting, and distribution of humanitarian aid and relief supplies.
• Manage the registration, onboarding, and deployment of volunteer teams in high-pressure environments.
• Conduct needs assessments for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and refugees, maintaining accurate beneficiary databases.
• Utilize Excel and CRM tools to track inventory, distribution metrics, and volunteer hours.
🎓 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 3+ years of experience in volunteer coordination, humanitarian response, or social work.
• Hands-on experience working with IDPs, refugees, or marginalized populations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data management capabilities.
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and highly organized during crisis situations.
