Our Michelin-recognized contemporary European restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, London, is seeking an impeccable Fine Dining Waiter to join our Front of House team. * Greeting guests with genuine warmth and guiding them through our seasonal tasting menus and extensive wine pairings.
* Executing synchronized table service, ensuring that courses are cleared and presented with absolute precision and timing.
* Demonstrating deep knowledge of our ingredients, sourcing practices, and the stories behind each dish to elevate the guest experience.
* Maintaining the pristine condition of the dining room, polishing glassware, and ensuring every detail meets our exacting standards.
* Processing payments discreetly and handling special guest requests with grace and discretion.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment. You must possess a refined palate, an understanding of classic and modern service styles (such as silver service), and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages are highly valued.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 GBP per year, plus a generous tronc (service charge) system that significantly boosts your monthly take-home pay.
