Nestled in the rolling hills of the Chianti region, our luxury agriturismo and estate vineyard in Tuscany is seeking a dedicated Estate Restaurant Server. We offer guests an authentic, farm-to-table experience, pairing our estate-grown wines with traditional Tuscan cuisine. We need a hospitable professional who loves the countryside lifestyle and excels at creating memorable rural dining experiences.
➤ Setting up the outdoor terrace and rustic dining halls, ensuring the ambiance reflects the elegance of the estate.
➤ Guiding guests through our daily changing menu, highlighting the origins of our organic produce and the characteristics of our Chianti Classico.
➤ Providing attentive, unobtrusive service, anticipating guest needs whether they are enjoying a leisurely lunch or a romantic dinner.
➤ Collaborating with the kitchen and cellar teams to ensure seamless food and wine pairings.
➤ Processing payments and managing reservations for both hotel guests and external visitors.
We welcome candidates with at least 6 months of serving experience, though a passion for wine and food is our primary requirement. Basic knowledge of Italian is helpful, but fluency in English is mandatory to cater to our international clientele. You should be adaptable, cheerful, and comfortable working in a seasonal, resort-style environment.
The position offers a salary of €35,000 EUR per year, with the added benefit of free, furnished accommodation on the estate for those relocating. You will also receive daily meals, access to the estate's vineyards, and a deeply connected, family-oriented team culture.
