An energetic, neon-lit lounge and karaoke venue on the famous Las Vegas Strip is hunting for a charismatic High-Volume Lounge Bartender. Our bar is the beating heart of the nightclub, serving hundreds of guests a night with premium spirits, rapid-fire drafts, and signature show-stopping cocktails. We need a bartender who can work fast, engage a party crowd, and keep the energy high until dawn.
• Taking orders and crafting classic cocktails, frozen drinks, and high-end shooter packages with speed and consistency.
• Engaging with guests, hyping up the crowd, and creating a fun, interactive atmosphere that complements the karaoke entertainment.
• Operating the Micros POS system efficiently, processing cash and card transactions accurately in a high-pressure environment.
• Restocking kegs, spirits, and garnishes mid-shift, and conducting thorough end-of-night inventory and cleanliness checks.
• Collaborating with barbacks and security to ensure a safe, compliant, and smoothly running bar area.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume nightclub, casino bar, or busy lounge. You must have a vibrant personality, excellent multitasking skills, and the physical stamina to stand and shake drinks for 10-hour night shifts. A Nevada bartender card (Responsible Beverage Service training) is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
The base salary is $50,000 USD per year, but with the tip pool and promotional bonuses, your total compensation can easily exceed $75,000. We offer flexible late-night scheduling, free shift meals, and the chance to work in one of the most exciting entertainment venues in the world.
