Our bustling ghost kitchen and premium delivery brand in the heart of Seattle is expanding, and we need a versatile Line Cook who can dominate both the sushi bar and the pizza station. This is not your average takeout joint; we use high-grade sashimi, import our mozzarella from Italy, and mill our flour in-house. You will be responsible for rolling precise maki and uramaki, as well as stretching and firing Neapolitan-style pies in our 900-degree wood-fired oven.
What your shift looks like:
* Prepping fresh fish, slicing with absolute precision, and seasoning sushi rice to exact temperature and acidity levels.
* Managing the dough fermentation schedule, stretching bases, and executing rapid-fire pizza bakes during the Friday night dinner rush.
* Maintaining a spotless station, strictly adhering to Washington State Department of Health food safety protocols.
* Communicating seamlessly with the expo line to ensure every delivery bag is perfectly packed and sealed.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen. You should be comfortable working with raw seafood and open flames. If you thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment where every minute counts, we want you on our line. We offer a base pay of $24/hour (approx. $50,000 annually), plus a share of the tip pool, comprehensive health benefits, and free family meals during your shift.
