An intimate, design-forward boutique hotel in the Museum Quarter of Amsterdam is looking for a meticulous Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Our 24 bespoke rooms are curated with vintage furniture, marble bathrooms, and high-thread-count linens. We need someone who treats cleaning as an art form, ensuring that every corner of our property reflects the refined elegance our international guests expect.
Your daily craft:
• Executing detailed cleaning of guest rooms and suites, paying special attention to delicate surfaces, brass fixtures, and custom textiles.
• Performing the turndown service, replenishing artisanal mini-bar items, and arranging complimentary local treats.
• Inspecting rooms for maintenance issues, reporting them instantly via our internal app, and ensuring all amenities are perfectly staged.
• Managing your linen cart efficiently, adhering to eco-friendly laundry protocols and sustainable cleaning practices.
We welcome candidates with at least 6 months of experience in upscale hotels or luxury vacation rentals. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a friendly, discreet demeanor. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or other European languages are a plus. We offer a salary of €36,000 EUR, a flexible shift schedule, a travel allowance, and a beautiful, supportive team environment in the heart of the city.
