A premier property management company overseeing luxury short-term rentals and boutique condos across Vancouver is seeking a reliable Turnover Specialist. Our portfolio consists of high-end Airbnb and VRBO properties that demand hotel-level cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail. You will be the crucial link between departing guests and arriving VIPs, ensuring every unit is immaculate, fully stocked, and ready to impress.
Your daily route:
• Navigating between multiple properties in the downtown peninsula and Yaletown, executing rapid but thorough 2-hour turnarounds.
• Stripping beds, laundering linens to exacting standards, and making beds with hospital corners and decorative throws.
• Deep cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, descaling glass shower doors, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces.
• Inspecting the unit for any damage, reporting maintenance issues via our mobile app, and restocking premium coffee, toiletries, and welcome baskets.
We require a candidate with a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services. You must be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of working independently without direct supervision. We offer a competitive wage of $24/hour (approx. $42,000 annually), a flexible 1/3 schedule (one day on, three days off), mileage reimbursement, and all professional cleaning supplies provided.
