An elite, multi-level nightclub and live music venue in the heart of Berlin is looking for charismatic and sharp Bottle Service Servers for our VIP lounge areas. Our club hosts top-tier international DJs and attracts a stylish, high-energy crowd. We need servers who can navigate a dark, loud, and fast-paced environment with grace, delivering premium champagne and craft cocktails to our guests while maintaining an unforgettable party atmosphere.
Your night on the floor:
1. Taking orders for high-end liquor packages, magnums of champagne, and VIP mixers, and upselling premium brands.
2. Coordinating with barbacks to ensure rapid delivery of drinks and sparkler presentations to VIP tables and booths.
3. Managing the cleanliness of your section, clearing empty glassware swiftly, and resetting tables for the next wave of guests.
4. Processing cash and card payments via our handheld POS terminals, ensuring accurate tab management in a chaotic environment.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in nightlife, high-volume bars, or bottle service. You must be outgoing, physically fit, and comfortable working exclusively during late-night hours (20:00 to 06:00). Fluency in German and English is required. We offer a base salary of €38,000 EUR, plus a generous commission on bottle sales and nightly cash tips, free entry for your friends on select nights, and a vibrant, youthful team culture.
