Our outdoor terrace offers breathtaking views of the marina, and we need a team of vibrant hosts who can match the lively, vacation-ready atmosphere of our guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced, open-air environment and love making people's days a little brighter, this is the perfect summer gig for you.
1. Greeting arriving guests with genuine warmth, managing the waitlist, and escorting them to their ocean-view tables.
2. Presenting our seasonal menu, highlighting daily catches, local craft cocktails, and gluten-free options.
3. Taking orders accurately, running food from the expo line, and ensuring drinks are constantly refilled before they run dry.
4. Maintaining the pristine condition of the patio, wiping down tables, and resetting stations quickly between seatings.
No formal serving experience is strictly required if you have a fantastic attitude and a strong work ethic; we will train you on our specific menu and POS system. You must be comfortable being on your feet for long shifts and carrying heavy trays. We offer a competitive base wage of $16.50/hour plus excellent tip potential (averaging $25-$30/hour total), flexible scheduling around your summer plans, and free shift meals.
