A world-class, five-star mountain resort and spa in Whistler, British Columbia, is seeking an elegant and highly organized Spa Receptionist. Our wellness center offers premium treatments, thermal pools, and holistic healing therapies to guests seeking ultimate relaxation after a day on the slopes. We need a polished professional who can serve as the calming, welcoming face of our spa, managing bookings with grace and anticipating every guest's needs.
• Greeting arriving spa guests, offering welcome beverages, and guiding them through the thermal circuit and treatment menus.
• Managing a complex booking system (SpaSoft), handling high-volume phone calls, and processing payments for services and retail products.
• Coordinating seamlessly with the massage therapists, estheticians, and housekeeping to ensure treatment rooms are perfectly prepped and timed.
• Upselling premium retail skincare lines and exclusive spa packages to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, high-end day spa, or medical clinic front desk. You must possess impeccable communication skills, a soothing telephone voice, and a flawless, professional appearance. Fluency in English is required; French or other languages are a distinct advantage.
