A high-volume, globally recognized fast-food franchise in the heart of downtown Toronto is seeking a driven and experienced Shift Manager to lead our floor operations. We pride ourselves on delivering consistent quality, lightning-fast service, and a spotless dining room. We need a natural leader who can command the kitchen during the lunch rush, motivate a young crew, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and safe.
+ Directing the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, assigning roles, and managing break schedules to maintain optimal labor costs.
+ Handling customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning negative experiences into positive brand loyalty.
+ Conducting daily line checks, verifying food temperatures, and enforcing strict adherence to corporate health and safety protocols.
+ Managing the cash office, performing end-of-shift reconciliations, and securing the premises at closing.
You must have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR, fast-casual, or hospitality sector. A strong understanding of inventory management, P&L basics, and team conflict resolution is essential.
