A magnificent, multi-acre private summer estate in the Hamptons, New York, is seeking an immaculate and discreet Luxury Estate Housekeeper. The property features a main mansion, guest cottages, a tennis court, and extensive manicured gardens. We require a highly experienced professional who understands the nuances of high-net-worth hospitality, can manage a small team of junior cleaners, and treats the principals' home with the utmost respect and care.
~ Executing detailed, daily cleaning of the main residence, paying special attention to antique furniture, fine art, marble surfaces, and custom textiles.
~ Managing the household laundry, including delicate hand-washing, professional pressing, and organizing the principal's extensive wardrobe.
~ Overseeing the inventory of household supplies, premium linens, and floral arrangements, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
~ Preparing the guest cottages for arrivals, ensuring every detail—from the thread count to the welcome amenities—is absolutely flawless.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in luxury private estates, five-star hotels, or high-end yachts. You must be extremely trustworthy, detail-obsessed, and capable of working independently without direct supervision. Discretion and professionalism are paramount. We offer a highly competitive salary of $50,000 USD for the summer season, private on-site accommodation, a car allowance, and the opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious properties on the East Coast.
