A remote, luxury eco-lodge nestled deep in the Canadian Rockies near Banff is recruiting dedicated Housekeepers for the upcoming summer and winter seasons. Our property consists of off-grid, architecturally stunning timber cabins surrounded by pristine wilderness. We need hardworking individuals who take pride in creating a warm, immaculate sanctuary for guests returning from a day of hiking or skiing.
-> Performing meticulous daily and deep cleaning of standalone timber cabins, paying special attention to natural wood surfaces, stone fireplaces, and large panoramic windows.
-> Changing heavy luxury linens, restocking eco-friendly bathroom amenities, and preparing welcome baskets featuring local artisanal goods.
-> Sanitizing outdoor cedar hot tubs and private sauna areas between guest visits, ensuring water quality and temperature standards are met.
-> Reporting any maintenance issues related to the cabin's solar power systems, propane fixtures, or plumbing to the facilities team via our radio network.
-> Embracing the remote lifestyle, fostering a strong sense of community with fellow staff, and respecting the local wildlife and environment.
Who thrives in this environment:
-> Previous experience in housekeeping, rural property management, or camp hospitality is a strong asset.
-> Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products, physical fitness to navigate uneven terrain and carry heavy laundry bags, and an obsessive attention to detail.
-> A positive, resilient attitude, comfort with isolated living, and a strict adherence to safety and bear-aware protocols.

-> A competitive salary of $45,000 CAD per year (prorated for the season), with generous overtime opportunities.
