A bustling, indie-focused movie theater in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle is looking for an energetic Concession Stand Attendant to join our front-of-house crew. We pride ourselves on offering craft sodas, local microbrews on tap, and gourmet popcorn, elevating the traditional movie snack bar experience.
What your shift will look like:
* Managing the draft beer and wine taps, ensuring perfect pours and responsible service to patrons of all ages.
* Popping artisanal popcorn batches, preparing hot pretzels, and keeping the display cases fully stocked and visually appealing.
* Operating the POS system, processing high-volume cash and card transactions, and handling loyalty program redemptions.
* Maintaining a spotless concession area, sanitizing counters, and managing waste sorting during the post-movie rush.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves cinema and thrives in a fast-paced, weekend-heavy environment. Prior bartending or food service experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with a great attitude. We offer a base wage of $18/hour plus a share of the tip pool, free movie passes for you and a friend, and a fun, pop-culture-obsessed team culture.
