A high-energy, premium event catering company in Las Vegas is seeking a charismatic Show Bartender and Flair Mixologist to anchor our mobile bar operations. We specialize in luxury weddings, corporate galas, and VIP pool parties, and we need a true entertainer who can turn cocktail preparation into a mesmerizing visual spectacle.
1) Executing working flair and exhibition flair techniques—tossing bottles, juggling shakers, and performing fire tricks—while consistently delivering perfectly balanced, high-volume drinks.
2) Engaging the crowd, hyping up the guests, and providing an interactive, unforgettable bar experience that complements the entertainment.
3) Setting up and breaking down our custom mobile LED bars, managing ice logistics, and ensuring all premium spirits and fresh garnishes are perfectly staged.
4) Collaborating with the event director to design bespoke, themed cocktail menus that wow the clients and their guests.
You must have at least 2 years of professional bartending experience, with a proven portfolio of flair competitions or high-volume show bartending. Physical stamina, impeccable showmanship, and the ability to work late nights and weekends are non-negotiable. We offer a base salary of $55,000 USD, plus aggressive performance bonuses, paid travel for out-of-state events, and the chance to perform at some of the most exclusive venues in Nevada.
