A luxury thermal spa resort nestled in the scenic hills of Baden-Baden is recruiting dedicated Housekeepers for our standalone timber cabins. Our guests travel from across Europe to experience our mineral baths and holistic wellness treatments, and they expect their private retreats to be immaculate, serene, and perfectly prepared. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the tranquil atmosphere of our property.
I. Performing thorough daily and deep cleaning of the cabins, focusing on natural wood surfaces, stone fireplaces, and large panoramic windows.
II. Changing heavy luxury linens, restocking organic bathroom amenities, and preparing welcome baskets featuring local artisanal goods.
III. Sanitizing outdoor cedar hot tubs and private sauna areas between guest visits, ensuring water quality and temperature standards are met.
IV. Reporting any maintenance issues related to the cabin's heating systems or plumbing to the facilities team via our radio network.
We welcome candidates with previous experience in rural hospitality, luxury housekeeping, or camp management. Physical fitness to navigate the resort grounds and a strict adherence to eco-friendly cleaning protocols are required. We offer a salary of €36,000 EUR, complimentary access to the thermal baths during off-hours, and a peaceful, nature-focused work environment.
