An edgy, industrial-chic loft space and cocktail bar in Berlin's Kreuzberg district is looking for a passionate Craft Cocktail Bartender to anchor our evening service. We are a cultural hub for artists, creatives, and nightlife enthusiasts, and our drink menu reflects that with house-made ferments, clarified juices, and zero-waste mixology. We need a bartender who is as comfortable discussing flavor profiles as they are shaking drinks to a heavy bassline.
+ Prepping your station: cutting dehydrated citrus wheels, infusing spirits with local botanicals, and batching complex cordials for the weekend rush.
+ Engaging with our diverse clientele, guiding them through our ever-changing seasonal menu, and crafting bespoke off-menu drinks based on their mood.
+ Managing the high-volume bar during peak Friday and Saturday nights, ensuring rapid service without sacrificing the quality or presentation of the cocktails.
+ Participating in weekly staff tastings and contributing your own creative ideas to our upcoming cocktail list.
You should have at least 1 year of experience in a craft cocktail bar or high-end speakeasy. A deep respect for ingredients, impeccable hygiene, and a cool, collected demeanor under pressure are non-negotiable. We offer a base salary of €42,000 EUR, plus a share of the tip pool, free family meals, and the chance to be part of Berlin's most exciting culinary collective.
