A sophisticated, members-only billiards and cigar lounge in the heart of Dublin is seeking a polished Lounge Bartender to join our front-of-house team. Our venue offers a refined escape for professionals to unwind, featuring premium single malts, craft beers on tap, and a relaxed, upscale atmosphere. We need a host who can manage the bar, keep track of table play, and provide unobtrusive, top-tier service.
1. Pouring perfect pints of Guinness, mixing classic highballs, and preparing artisanal coffees for our evening patrons.
2. Monitoring the billiard tables, managing the booking software, and politely enforcing the club's time limits and dress code.
3. Processing payments via our POS system, handling cash drops, and ensuring the till is perfectly balanced at the end of the night.
4. Maintaining the pristine condition of the bar top, polishing the glassware, and keeping the lounge area free of clutter.
Prior experience in a gentleman's club, cigar lounge, or upscale hotel bar is highly preferred. You must possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and a genuine appreciation for the finer things. We offer a salary of €38,000 EUR, a relaxed weekday-heavy schedule, and a respectful, professional work environment.
