An exclusive, private country club and golf resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, is looking for an elegant and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our signature restaurant team. We cater to our members and their guests with a refined, seasonal American menu and an award-winning wine cellar. We need a professional who understands the nuances of luxury hospitality and can deliver an unforgettable, personalized dining experience.
A. Greeting members by name, guiding them to their preferred tables, and presenting the daily specials with enthusiasm and extensive menu knowledge.
B. Expertly pairing wines with courses, decanting vintage bottles, and executing synchronized, multi-course table service with absolute precision.
C. Anticipating the needs of our high-profile guests, handling special dietary requests, and resolving any concerns with grace and discretion.
D. Polishing silverware, folding napkins into intricate shapes, and ensuring the dining room's ambiance remains flawless throughout the shift.
You must have at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining, country club, or five-star hotel restaurant. A deep understanding of wine regions, classic cocktail preparation, and formal service etiquette is essential. We offer a base salary of $45,000 USD, plus a highly lucrative service charge and tip pool, complimentary golf privileges, and a beautiful, resort-style work environment.
