Where I've Worked & What I Do:
08.2021 - 05.2023: Lead Barista at a popular neighborhood roastery. Managed the morning rush, calibrated Mahlkönig grinders daily, and trained new hires on milk texturing.
06.2023 - Present: Mobile Cart Operator for a specialty coffee trailer. Handle all aspects of the cart, from inventory and cash handling to executing complex pour-overs on the go.
Technical Skills & Coffee Craft:
