My Coffee Journey:
- 2022 – Present: Weekend Lead Barista at a neighborhood bakery and cafe. Manage the espresso bar during the busy Saturday and Sunday brunch rushes, ensuring rapid service without sacrificing quality.
- 2021 – 2022: Junior Barista at a boutique roastery. Developed my palate through daily cupping sessions and mastered the La Marzocco Linea PB.
Technical Proficiency:
* Dialing in grinders, extracting balanced espresso shots, and texturing milk to a velvety, glossy microfoam for intricate latte art.
