* Rapid, flawless execution of classic, extreme, and signature club cocktails, shots, and long drinks.
* Mastery of bar equipment, commercial espresso machines, and rigorous inventory care.
* Operating POS systems, card terminals, and venue management software (Toast, Aloha).
* Conducting weekly inventory audits, monitoring liquor, fruit, and consumable pars.
