* Expected Rate: €32,000 EUR annually (hourly base + event bonuses + tips).
* Availability: Full-time, on-site in Dublin. Priority given to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holiday events.

* Service & Banquet Skills:
* Executing complex table setups (banquet, buffet, wedding, corporate) with precision.
* Knowledge of course sequencing, tray carrying techniques, wine list presentations, and premium spirits.
* Deep understanding of restaurant etiquette, tact, and VIP guest interaction.
* Processing payments via POS terminals, rapidly generating and adjusting guest checks.
