* Executing cold prep and hot line cooking in strict accordance with recipe cards and cost calculations.
* Experience in portioning, plating, and presenting European, Ukrainian, and Pan-Asian dishes.
* Monitoring product freshness upon delivery, labeling prep, and enforcing proper cross-contamination protocols.
* Maintaining rigorous hygiene and cleanliness at the station, deep knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
* Experience & Personal Traits:
