* Greeting patrons, presenting menus, assisting with selections, and taking orders per service standards.
* Operating POS terminals and cash registers, accurately inputting orders into management software (Lightspeed, Deliveroo).
* Running food, maintaining table cleanliness, rapidly clearing plates, and resetting tables.
* Processing guest payments, verifying check accuracy, and resolving minor billing discrepancies.
