• Draft comprehensive tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
• Manage end-to-end e-procurement processes via national government tendering portals.
• Negotiate, draft, and monitor public contracts, ensuring strict adherence to national and EU procurement directives.
