• Receive, log, and triage written and electronic constituent inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Track case progress, ensuring strict adherence to statutory response timelines and service level agreements.
• Draft formal, empathetic, and legally accurate responses to citizens on behalf of elected officials.
• Conduct in-person intake meetings and community outreach to assist vulnerable residents with civic navigation.
