A rapidly expanding network of boutique fitness studios in central London is searching for a driven, outgoing, and highly communicative Membership Sales Consultant. We offer our clientele top-tier amenities, state-of-the-art equipment, and a diverse range of group classes. This vacancy has opened due to a surge in post-season demand and the launch of our new holistic wellness programs. We are looking for a specialist who genuinely loves the sports industry, knows how to sell an experience rather than just a product, and is highly motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Your core objectives and daily tasks:
1. Promptly responding to inbound leads generated via our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp, while also executing outbound calls to warm prospect lists;
2. Conducting immersive, personalized tours of the fitness club for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits of our training methodologies;
3. Actively closing sales on individual and family memberships, class packages, and premium add-ons like sports massage, cryotherapy, and tanning;
4. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly individual sales quotas while contributing to the club's overall revenue targets;
5. Maintaining a meticulous record of all client interactions, follow-ups, and objections within our Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely renewals of expiring contracts;
6. Participating in local pop-up events, corporate wellness fairs, and internal promotional campaigns to boost brand loyalty.

The ideal candidate profile:
1. A proven track record in B2C sales or customer-facing roles (fitness centers, luxury retail, hospitality, or telecommunications) for at least 12 months;
2. Masterful negotiation skills, with the ability to uncover client needs, handle objections gracefully, and confidently close deals;
3. A warm, empathetic demeanor with impeccable written and spoken English, strictly adhering to our premium service etiquette;
4. A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to maximize personal income and advance into a Senior Sales or Management role;
5. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRM dashboards, Excel spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.

Employment terms and rewards:
1. Full-time permanent contract from day one, including statutory pension contributions, paid sick leave, and 28 days of annual holiday;
1. A highly lucrative compensation package: a solid base salary of £32,000 GBP per annum plus an aggressive, uncapped commission structure (average OTE is £55,000+);
1. A flexible shift pattern based at our flagship Central London club, operating between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including some weekends;
1. Full access to all club facilities, including the gym, sauna, and group classes, to support your own fitness journey;
