We provide our patrons with an unparalleled level of pampering, bespoke wellness journeys, and an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. We are seeking an articulate, hospitable, and detail-oriented professional who genuinely enjoys curating memorable experiences, possesses a keen interest in the holistic wellness sector, and is ready to become the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. Given the necessity of managing physical retail inventory and greeting guests in person, this is a strictly on-premises position.
➔ Core responsibilities at the front desk:
➔ Welcoming spa guests with a warm demeanor, introducing them to their assigned therapists, and escorting them to the relaxation lounge or changing suites;
➔ Providing expert consultations on our menu of services, including deep tissue techniques, hot stone rituals, spa packages, session durations, and medical contraindications;
➔ Navigating our Zenoti booking software to manage the digital ledger, confirming appointments sourced from our website, social media, and inbound phone calls;
➔ Executing seamless point-of-sale transactions (cash handling, chip-and-PIN terminals, and Square POS), alongside processing and packaging luxury gift vouchers;
➔ Showcasing and upselling professional-grade, premium skincare and body care lines for at-home maintenance;
➔ Curating the sensory environment of the spa (brewing herbal teas, ensuring immaculate lobby presentation, adjusting aromatherapy diffusers, and managing ambient soundscapes).
➔ The profile we envision for this role:
➔ A minimum of one year in a similar front-facing capacity (luxury salon coordinator, boutique hotel concierge, or high-end retail host);
➔ Outstanding verbal and written English skills, coupled with a deep understanding of premium hospitality etiquette and telephone manners;
➔ A polished, professional appearance, meticulous personal grooming, and strict adherence to our spa's aesthetic dress code;
➔ A client-first mentality, sharp attention to environmental details, and the emotional intelligence to de-escalate any scheduling conflicts gracefully;
➔ Solid digital literacy, comfortably toggling between inventory management systems, email correspondence, and social media inquiries.
