You will be the first point of contact for our guests while maintaining a strong, proactive presence to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Guest Services & Visibility: Greet visitors, provide directions, and maintain a welcoming yet authoritative presence on the sales floor.
• Loss Prevention: Conduct proactive foot patrols, particularly in high-value zones (jewelry, electronics), and monitor EAS (anti-theft) gates.
• Incident Response: De-escalate conflicts, detain shoplifters following strict legal protocols, and coordinate with mall police or local law enforcement.
• Access Control: Enforce mall policies, manage crowd control during peak events, and remove trespassers or disruptive individuals.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Prior experience in retail security, law enforcement, or a licensed security background is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional conflict de-escalation skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Physical stamina for long shifts on foot.
