📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Shift Management: Lead and deploy a 4-officer team per shift, assigning posts for pedestrian access, parking garages, and interior courtyard patrols.
• Access Control & Tech: Operate LPR (License Plate Recognition) systems, video intercoms, and facial recognition software. Memorize resident profiles to ensure seamless, frictionless entry.
• VIP Service & Conflict Resolution: Handle resident complaints (e.g., parking disputes, noise issues) with elegance and tact, preserving the building's premium reputation.
• Shift Handover: Manage inventory (radios, keys, tablets), maintain daily logs, and brief junior officers before they take their posts.
