A premier, highly-rated property and casualty insurance agency in the Greater Chicago area is seeking a driven, communicative, and results-oriented Insurance Sales Agent. If you love building relationships, educating clients, and closing deals, we want you on our sales floor.
π― What You Will Do:
β’ Proactively generate new business leads and nurture our existing book of clients (both personal and commercial lines).
β’ Provide expert consultations on a wide range of insurance products: Auto (Liability & Comprehensive), Health, Homeowners, and Travel insurance.
β’ Calculate premiums, tailor coverage packages to fit individual client needs, and close sales.
β’ Manage policy renewals, process endorsements, and guide clients seamlessly through the claims process when life happens.
π‘ Who You Are:
β’ Bachelorβs degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
β’ Proven track record in B2C or B2B sales (insurance, banking, or financial services is a massive plus).
β’ Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; you know how to handle objections with grace.
β’ Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
β’ Highly motivated by targets, punctual, and eager to grow your income and career.
