A top-tier UK motor insurance specialist is seeking a highly qualified, resilient, and customer-focused Auto Claims Adjuster to join our busy London office. If you have a passion for automobiles and a knack for problem-solving, this is the role for you.

🛠️ Key Duties:
• Manage the end-to-end motor claims lifecycle, from the initial First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to the final settlement payment.
• Conduct thorough investigations into motor accidents, gathering evidence, interviewing claimants, and determining liability.
• Review and validate repair estimates, coordinating with independent automotive engineers and approved repair networks (garages).
• Calculate and authorize claim payouts in strict accordance with policy terms and UK motor insurance regulations.
• Negotiate settlements with third-party insurers and legal representatives to minimize leakage and fraud.

📋 What We Are Looking For:
• Degree in Law, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in motor claims handling, dispute resolution, or automotive assessing.
• Solid knowledge of UK road traffic legislation and motor insurance policies (Comprehensive & Third-Party).
• Proficiency in claims estimation software (e.g., Audatex) is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.

• Competitive salary of £40,000 GBP per annum, plus an annual KPI bonus.
