β€’ Recruit, train, and motivate a large network of insurance agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
β€’ Spearhead B2B sales initiatives, negotiating exclusive corporate insurance contracts with C-level executives.
β€’ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales channel performance to refine our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.

🎯 Your Profile:
β€’ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Management.
β€’ Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in insurance sales, banking, or microfinance.
β€’ Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing large agency or broker networks.
β€’ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills; you are a natural strategic thinker.
β€’ Highly proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital distribution channels.
