π Lead Our Sales Strategy in the DACH Region
A major European financial and insurance holding company is searching for a strategic, high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead our insurance distribution networks. This is an executive-level opportunity to drive revenue, build high-performing teams, and shape our market presence.
π Executive Responsibilities:
β’ Direct and optimize the strategic and daily operations of the regional insurance sales department.
β’ Set, monitor, and achieve ambitious sales targets across all product lines (Auto, Property, Health, and Life insurance).
β’ Recruit, train, and motivate a large network of insurance agents, brokers, and financial advisors.
β’ Spearhead B2B sales initiatives, negotiating exclusive corporate insurance contracts with C-level executives.
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales channel performance to refine our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
π― Your Profile:
β’ Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Management.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in insurance sales, banking, or microfinance.
β’ Proven track record of building, scaling, and managing large agency or broker networks.
β’ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public speaking skills; you are a natural strategic thinker.
β’ Highly proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital distribution channels.
π Executive Compensation:
β’ Premium base salary of β¬85,000 EUR annually, supplemented by an uncapped, highly lucrative performance bonus structure.
