🛠️ Core Responsibilities:
• Design and develop fault-tolerant microservices architectures using Spring Cloud.
• Write clean, highly performant Java 17+ code and conduct rigorous peer Code Reviews.
• Optimize complex database queries, implement advanced caching strategies, and ensure ultra-low latency for transaction processing.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, architectural discussions, and the technical design of new modules.
• Mentor and guide Junior and Middle developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

💡 What You Bring:
• Deep expertise in Java 17+ and the modern Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, MVC, Data, Security).
• Proven experience designing microservices and integrating with cloud-native services.
• Strong command of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka) and observability stacks.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English for seamless technical documentation and global team communication.
