🚀 Modernize Our Web Platform:
A major international product is looking for a strong Frontend Engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js to join our Amsterdam team and lead the migration and optimization of our core web solutions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Migrate legacy components of our large-scale web project to the Next.js framework.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) to boost performance and SEO.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, media assets, and script execution for lightning-fast page loads.
• Integrate the client-side application with REST and GraphQL backend services.
• Develop reusable UI components and expand our internal design system library.
💡 Our Expectations:
• 3+ years of commercial experience with React and Next.js.
• Deep understanding of SSR, ISR, SSG, and Hydration concepts in Next.js.
• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client, Urql) and REST APIs.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, CSS-in-JS (Styled Components) or Tailwind CSS.
• Strong command of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Understanding of frontend SEO optimization principles.
