🤝 Drive Global Software Delivery:
A modern IT company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to effectively manage outsource and outstaff projects for our US and Western European clients, working remotely from Austin.
🌍 Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support the full software development lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to final release.
• Communicate closely with clients, manage expectations, lead negotiations, and present work results.
• Draft and update project documentation, writing technical specifications (SOW/Statements of Work) with architects.
• Monitor deadlines, budgets, and task quality, assess risks, and prioritize tasks in Jira.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes within a cross-functional team of developers and QA.
💡 Your Profile:
• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in an outsource or outstaff company.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless oral and written communication.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Deep experience configuring and working with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and a focus on successfully delivering client objectives.
