📦 Lead Product Development:
A product-driven IT company is inviting a motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and work on the evolution and enhancement of our core product in a fully remote setup based in Vancouver.
🔄 Core Responsibilities:
• Manage the product backlog alongside the Product Owner, decompose requirements, and prioritize tasks for developers.
• Collaborate daily with Tech Leads, Architects, and QA Engineers to plan releases.
• Monitor key Agile metrics for delivery speed and code quality (Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burndown charts).
• Rapidly identify and remove blockers, resolve internal conflicts, and optimize team processes.
• Conduct regular Scrum events: daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demo sessions, and backlog grooming.
🎯 Our Expectations:
• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in product teams.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, plus hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience setting up dashboards to track development team efficiency.
• Understanding of basic software development principles, APIs, and client-server architecture.
• High level of empathy, strong negotiation skills, and facilitation capabilities.
