An international product IT company is inviting an experienced Delivery Manager to coordinate and optimize software delivery processes across multiple teams, working remotely from London.
📊 Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and streamline end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes across multiple cross-functional Scrum teams.
• Improve interaction and communication flows between development, QA, design, and business analysis teams.
• Continuously monitor and analyze key delivery efficiency metrics (Lead/Cycle Time, Quality Rate, Velocity).
• Manage project risks, proactively resolve conflicts, and eliminate cross-departmental dependencies.
• Implement and support a culture of Continuous Improvement and advance Agile practices.
💡 Your Profile:
• 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Project Manager in IT.
• Deep practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to adapt them to business needs.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on metrics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing risks, conflicts, and stakeholder expectations.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency for communication with international partners.
